Align Studio is a Functional Yoga Studio founded to achieve the goal of offering high-quality yoga classes to a broad public while keeping a safe, intimate and fun atmosphere. Though rooted in the rich tradition of yoga, current research-based approach to functional anatomy, biomechanics and physiology are also looked into to build a sustainable & holistic practice.
